Progress is slow...

Since the game itself is a little complicated AND chaotic at the same time... A good and simple base has to be formed. Nonetheless, we continued to work on our parts and congregate our ideas per meeting.

Concept designs for the character select screen and win/lose screens were done for this week. The character select screen is not confirmed for the final product.

Modelling Terrains

Monday: Modelling terrains for snow and forest/normal terrain and adding a bit of lighting to help it look clearer and brighter.

Wednesday: Worked on the prototype menu screen.

Converted Project to URP

A necessary step for importing particle systems and shaders into the project. Also best to be done at an earlier time of this project, otherwise the struggles will be immense later on.

Kenny Su & Juan Callejas

Block Prototyping

Worked together and started creating prototypes for block variants that have different effects. Firstly, a prefab block variant for which all future playable blocks will be based off. Individual scripts are written for these variants for different effects such as geyser, springs, and falling objects.
